AFAIK there is no way to do this yet :-/
I have an experimental regexp-lookup, that you could try for this, look
at
http://mail.tmtowtdi.de/exim/
something I could think of is
if "$h_from" matches "${readfile{/etc/exim/blockfrom}{|}}" then ....
as usual, this is untested, and just a guess.
