[Exim] Suggestion for "-d" parameter

Hi Phil.

It would be nice to have the option to print timestamps preceding each line of
debugging output. This way it's easier to compute delays that result from
certain operations.

I'd appreciate it if you considered adding this in a future release. Shouldn't
be too complicated. :-)
