[Exim] relay_to_domains

configure file has this entry:

domainlist relay_to_domains = lsearch;/usr/exim/virtual/relay_to_domains

File has domain entries:

# vi relay_to_domains

123.net
456.net
789.co.za
0ab.co.za
cde.co.za
efg.za.net
hij.za.net
~

but i get this error from the secondary mx when the primary's pid is killed
and a mail send to any of the domains.

R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp defer (111): Connection refused
