And another. You've given the URL of a redirection, not of the
page itself.

As a general rule, I would recommend that when quoting URLs, first
paste them into your browser and make sure that (after possible
redirection) they lead to the desired result. Then, paste the
(resulting) URL out of the browser into the composed mail - and here
it is:

http://duncanthrax.net/exiscan/

(I would make an exception to that general rule for idiotic sites
which, when accessed at their obvious URL, perform redirections to
complicated dynamic URLs before doing anything constructive.)

[Aside: if I had my druthers, I would field URLs which are missing
their mandatory trailing slash, and would return an error page,
instead of silently fixing them up by redirecting to the same URL with
its trailing slash added. I don't like to think what total network
load is added by all these futile redirection transactions which are
being performed.]
