Thank you for the advice. I will recompile my Exim with the patch and try
again. I found the mailing in the archive with the link.
In the log it said AUTH LOGIN. But perhaps only because this was the
offered method beside cram-md5. I'm curious if Exchange takes NTLM instead
when it's installed.
