Interesting. I suspect the reason i've never run into this is that my
fingers automatically put aliasfile keys in lowercase.
I need to do a new release of aliases2cdb anyway in order to remove
GNU-make idiosyncrasies; i'll handle this in it as well. Thanks for
the report, Wash.
