While this rule of thumb may have applied to past Red Hat .0 releases,
the 8.0 release looks to be pretty solid. Personally it feels like a .1
release to me. They had 3 separate beta releases, plus numerous updates
to the betas. That being said, if you didn't use the betas you'll want
to put 8.0 in your test lab for a while until you're used to the
caveats, because there's a LOT of new & changed things in 8.0.
