[Exim] Exim (v4) SMTP AUTH as Client

Hi!
I installed exim v4 and used it for quite a while. But now my provider decided
to switch his smtp server to smtp-auth. I tried to find some pieces of
information on the web but everything deals with exim v3. I found options
like authenticate_hosts but those do not seem to work anymore.
Hopefully someone of you can point me to a manual or can give me some hints to
configure my exim.
