[Exim] Exim 4.10 allows multiple routers with the same name

Accidentally, I copied a router, changed some settings and forgot to
change the router's name. Exim started up and worked happily... there
are no references to the router's name anywhere in the config file, so I
guess it's not surprising that it worked.

Probably not what was intended, though.
