I realized this error comes when someone try to connect on port 25 through http

Either that or you have a firewall of some sort in between that's mangling
things.
Another time I saw this is where someone tries to connect to your IP from an
open proxy - junk such as http cache headers etc get passed to exim - which
drops the connection.
However as charite.de = Ralf Hildebrandt, that mailserver is sure to be
excellently configured... the problem lies elsewhere.
