[Exim] Authentication in Exim 4.01

Hi

Please help. I'm trying to get relaying to work for authenticated users
that is not specified as relaying in the following lines.

domainlist local_domains = @
domainlist relay_to_domains =
hostlist relay_from_hosts = 127.0.0.1

Here is the lines in my conf to make it work. Am I missing something? It
Authenticate but doesn't relay. It will be handy for dial-up users.

auth_advertise_hosts = *

accept authenticated = *

         fixed_plain:
         driver = plaintext
         public_name = PLAIN
         server_condition = \
         ${if and {{eq{$2}{username}}{eq{$3}{password}}}{yes}{no}}
         server_set_id = $2
