[Exim] Exim -C and child inheritence of the config file

Hi folks,

Could someone confirm that the children of Exim queue runners started
with the -C option pick up the latest copy of that configuration file.

I'm pretty sure this is the case, because Exim actually execs the child
instead of just forking, but I'm concerned that I may have missed some
subtle passing of the existing configuration somewhere.
