Err, you can't just copy and paste stuff that you don't understand.
Here's it's clearly trying to run a script that you don't have.

While you didn't specify which web page you were reading, I'll assume it's
this one:

You should download and install the script at the bottom of the page

Note that the problem with it is that it will fork perl for every mail,
which on a busy mail server is bad, you want to use spamd instead.
