The HOWTO information should be mostly right - it is an exim3 config
tho.

The Mailman 2.1 (beta) packages have some information in too - a simpler
and much more interesting config than that which is again for exim3.
I don't yet know of people running it under exim4 - if you try please
send required modifications to the list.
