Not really. I don't want _all_ mail to go out with bydns_a.
I could try and find two available, related, key combinations for
changing the behaviour back&forth, though. Hrm.
I can't hook on recipient, since obviously the target domain varies so
much. Unless I use a fairly individual LHS. Hrm. No, hooks don't
unset well in mutt and are generally a PITA.
