You have no address for "dnspri1.ectu.com" visible to the world.

Add either:

MX 100 mail.ectu.com.

OR
dnspri1 IN A ip.ad.re.ss...

You also might wish to read how Internet mail, DNS, and SMTP work before
trying to run a mailserver..
