[Exim] mail realy issue

I have about 1,300 ip subnets that I need to realy mail for (not -
sequenced). The exim.conf file either chokes or ignores the one line
with the entries (using semi-colon as well). Has anyone been able to
relay for over 1,000 ip subnets. Any special things that need to be
done to the exim.conf file ?
