Hmm. I never considered this case at all. I didn't expect a "save" in a
system filter to use BSMTP. I set up "message filter" so that it stands
out in the => line in the log. There isn't any reason why it can't be
changed. In Exim 4 I'm going for "system filter" consistently rather
than "message filter". I suppose it really ought to be something like
"from_system_filter".

Unless you have some rewriting rules, Exim won't touch header lines.
