No.
Exim means "unrouteable" in the sense that it doesn't know how to pass
this address through its own "routers" (exim-specific jargon) to
determine how to deliver the message.
The real key is in the word "domain", which shows you how Exim
interpreted the sequence of numbers and periods. :-)
