You have misunderstood where certain configuration settings must go.
Exim is complaining that the authenticators section of your
configuration contains lines that are not definitions of authenticators.

That line must go in the first part of the runtime configuration, not in
the authenticators section.
> AUTH_PLAINTEXT=yes
That line must go in Local/Makefile; it is used when compiling Exim to
request that the plaintext authenticator be included in the binary. If
you are not compiling Exim yourself, you should check that you have a
version with plaintext included, and then you don't need this line at
all.
