What the heck did you rate ORBS as then!?!?!?!?
If you're talking about the mechanically verified lists of open relays
(which includes the open relay portions of the old ORBS, as well as all
of its children except MAPS RSS) then there's nothing "agressive" about
them! Either you want to participate in acts of fraud and theft of
service, or you don't. It's really that simple and that black & white.
If you choose the former then there is no such thing as "legitimate"
e-mail coming from any open relay, and all the mechanically verified
lists are your best source of information about which connections your
mail server should reject outright unconditionally.
