[Exim] rbl question on /skiprelay or otherwise not doing RBL…

Hi

I am not wanting to check the RBL if the incoming connection has
authenticated but I cannot see any option for RBL checks with that option.

I did see the /skiprelay option but am not sure how that would be used. I
really want to be able to do

rbl_domains = rbl.domain1/reject/skiprelay : rbl.domain2/warn/skiprelay

Can you double op "/" options and would that help me with the
authentication question above assuming I allow authenticated users to relay?
