[Exim] exiscan - why does it take 10 minutes ??

i run exim, and exiscan, and kaspery.
However, all mails are delayed about 10 minutes.
Even small ones that has no attachments.
How come ??
i've looked in exiscan.cf, but cant find out where it delays the
checking.
