[Exim] Don't use my last Spam Filter Example!

It has some problems. It's catching a lot of real email. I'm still
working on that. i should have tested it more carefilly before I posted
it.

Anyhow - you get the idea of how it should work. Anyone want to help
figure out what's wrong and why it's catching good email - and suggest
ways to make it better?
