No, it refused to relay it becuase -
1. The sending host's IP address [195.226.161.194] is not in host_accept_relay
(Nor is its name, however, using names in that setting is not
recommended - stick with IP addresses and IP networks)
and
2. The destination domain (devil.postfix.ca) is not in relay_domains
and
3. You don't have relay_domains_incldue_local_mx.
You probably want to change either 2. or 3.
The (failed to find host name from IP address) is not the reason it was
reject - note that it is in pareneteses - it is 'commentary' in nature.
