[Exim] Still queuing mail for no reason

Hi all,

Exim is still queuing mail...even to me when I've used fetchmail to get
the mail:

17m  4.2K 15cTOr-0004Ij-00 <exim-users-admin@???>
          patrick@localhost

 9m   609 15cTW1-0004J4-00 <patrick@???>
          patrick.kirk@???

 0m  3.0K 15cTfC-0004JV-00 <lfs-apps-owner@???>
          patrick@localhost

This has nothing to do with retry values as you can see from the
non-delivery to me@localhost.

Very puzzled. Why isn't this working?
