[Exim] hole in generic system_filter.exim! *I think

Subject: [Exim] hole in generic system_filter.exim! *I think
I've tested version 0.13 and it looks like an attachment with the a name
like "Ç廪ͬ·½.vbs" will go through the filter with out being caught.
Perhaps the regexp could be modified to catch that?
