No. You are explicitly allowing IP addresses from 192.168.0.0 to
192.168.0.255. This is exactly one former Class C IP range, 192.168.0.

btw, Classful addressing went out of service somewhen in 1994, so
don't please use obsolete terminology. They are called /24 now.
