[Exim] errors_copy not working

Ok. I found the errors_copy section in the manual, but It does not want to
be working. I set this:

errors_copy = dan@??? *@*

but it is not copying me on errors. I know, I have another user account I
was using to test. I sent mail to an address I *KNEW* did not exist. My test
user got the error mail back, but user dan did not.

What did I do wrong?
