Bind 9.0, which is the current release that comes with RedHat 7.1, appears
to hiccup on DNS requests - I found lots of temporary rejects in the
exim_reject log. I replaced it with Bind 9.1 and things are working better.
I had to rebuild the not yet released Redhat RPM for this. And have made it
available at
http://xtronics.com/exim/index.htm
