I've read that particular part of the spec, and yes I can globally block
from specific RBL-lists (I worked out the pattern :) ..but I want users to
be able to choose their own policy, ie provide some form of indication in
the X-RBL-Warning: header. I don't believe Exim 3 does this, but I don't
think it's hard to add.
