[Exim] exim and berkeley db lookups for relay_hosts

i need to do a lookup in a berkeley db (2.x) for hosts that may relay off me.
The entry is inserted into the table by the program log2db, which contains an
ipaddress and username

How would I do a lookup based on this table for relay hosts ?
