[Exim] SMTP Push

Hi,

A small question if I may.

I'm after a small app which would read messages out of a specified maildir
mailbox, and forward to a specified SMTP host. I am aware of serialmail,
but that wasn't really designed for use with exim.

What I'd like to know if anyone knows of another peice of software which
performs this task, or how I may go about implementing this.

Any help would be most grateful.
