The main exim binary is not multithreaded, but on any busy mail system
there are usually a reasonable (or even a lot) number of seperate
processes doing message reception, delivery, queue runs, etc, etc.

So, no, but it shouldn't matter and a busy mailserver will take
advantage of multiple processors just fine without it.
