This would seem to answer my most recent message on this topic.

However, I just untarred my uw-imap (2000c) tarball, and could find
nothing called tmail.. Didnt try looking for dmail.

I will have to re-check on the uw imap site to see if perhaps this
toolkit is a seperate package..
