Actually its for multicasting. Some routing protocols use it, and the
MBONE.
And on retrospect, I think 127.0.0.0/8 would be a better entry, since
some spammers will start pointing their MX'es at 127.4.5.6 once
127.0.0.1 starts getting rejected..
