[Exim] Defunct process after starting

Hello,

It seems that starting Exim 3.21 on Solaris 8 leaves a defunct process lying
around. Before:

  ps -Af|grep -i exim
      exim 18047 17729  0 16:59:58 pts/2    0:00 -bash

Then:

  /usr/local/exim/bin/exim -bd -q20m
  ps -Af|grep -i exim
      exim 18764 18763  0                   0:00 <defunct>
      exim 18763     1  0 17:08:42 ?        0:00 /usr/local/exim/bin/exim
-bd -q20m
      exim 18047 17729  0 16:59:58 pts/2    0:00 -bash
      exim 18766 18047  0 17:08:47 pts/2    0:00 -bash

I don't know if it is a problem, but thought I'd mention it.
