[Exim] Double slash

Hi all in the panic log of my server I see many of these lines:


2000-11-23 16:19:19 13yy8r-0006Ul-00 failed to unlink
/var/spool/exim/input//13y
y8r-0006Ul-00-D

Why there is a double slash between .../input and the number of the message
?

This could be a problem ?
