[Exim] Exim 3.16 with Mailman

Hello all....I am in the process of trying to setup Mailman under exim 3.16. I have used the guide for the Exim and Mailman together......I am getting the following error when I try to respond back to verify the subscription:

I am sure that I am missing something easy. Thanks for the help,
