You are probably seeing these for every queue run. So it may not be that
many frozen messages.

First you may wish to use eximon to inspect and manually manipute things
in the queue. Otherwise, people have very recently on this list posted
scriptlets for removing frozen messages.

There are also several configuration options regarding what should be
done with frozen messages. Particularly frozen error messages (which many
people like to discard after a day or two).

That can be set with

ignore_errmsg_errors_after = 2d

if you want to keep them around for two days.
