Sorry - I was only trying to find out why local_domains_include_host was
producing different debugging output to saying local_domain = @ : ...
I was ignoring the rest of the debugging information because that wasn't
causing any problems :)

This is what I didn't realise (because it doesn't explicitly mention that
it's going to add it when it doesn't find it).
