Go to the online Exim documentation, the Specification, the option
index. Search for the string "recipient".

Then read the documentation for "recipients_max" (and
"recipients_max_reject" for completeness).

If I just found this within a minute using a text-only browser over a
modem connection, then methinks that this information can't be all that
hard to locate.
