I suggest using UUCP over TCP as your transport. Since the client has
the static IP address, you might want to have the server poll the client.
It wouldn't matter what IP the server had. Look at exim sample config
C003. (Note that there's a typo in C003. The standard UUCP port is 540,
not 520.)
