[Exim] Accept relaying by sender address. How ??

Gentlemen,

Is it possible to allow some hosts to relay mail through exim-host by
rules based on sender address (if yes - could you give me a clue) ?

I need it because a part of our mail-clients could use global routing
and connect from diffrent ISP's with the same user/password
