[Exim-Announce] Exim mailing list search facility

I've finally done a few web site updates, including making the
exim-users list search capability visible.

The search form is on the mailing lists page - direct link is
    http://www.exim.org/maillist.html

Please try and search for answers to questions in the near 5 years
history of the mailing list before just taking queries to the list.
