Thanks for help. Now, my script is worked if I send mail from other host
then 'localhost'.
i.e. if i send mail to parser@localhost I see err msg:

Can't open perl script "/usr/local/parser/parse.pl": Permission denied
554 "| /usr/local/parser/parse.pl"... unknown mailer error 13
And when i send mail from another host my script works fine (very strange).
Lets look at permitions:
su-2.03# ls -l /etc/parse.conf
