Subject: [Exim] EXIM 3.14
I compile EXIM on a SUN but not the one that will eventually have
EXIM installed on it. If the eventual running directory is not on
this system the compilation fails during "deliver.c"

Easy solution was to create the directory but do not think the
compilation should fail.
