[Exim] Anyone want some money then? ;-) (outsourced job)

I've inherited an exim setup at work, and as some of you might have spotted we
need to implement ads on outgoing emails. The setup is a mysql database, which
holds email domains, and 'commercial' domains. Only the email domains should
have the ad, and it needs to be 1-2 lines at the bottom of any mails sent from
an email domain address. I don't know enough about exim/filtering/passing the
data to and from a shell script (byebye performance), and I don't have enough
time to learn due to other projects.

Would anyone be interested in setting this up for us?
