Not quite. The connection was from 196.7.177.58 claiming to be ecmss.org.za
(denoted, I believe, by the fact the host name is in parentheses).
If you try nslookup 196.7.177.58 you'll see that it fails. If, however, you
lookup ecmss.org.za it yields the IP address 196.7.177.54
Try a lookup of that IP address and you get:
Name: Shane.compusys.iafrica.com
Address: 196.7.177.54
Might be worth checking out who looks after the DNS for ecmss.org.za and for
the 177.7.196.in-addr.arpa. domain
