[Exim] LoveBug as HTML attachment

Just heard about a variant of this lovely virus where the .vbs thing
is embedded in a .htm/.html attachment rather than on it's own.

Guess it's time to start work on something to filter for .htm/.html
attachments and then, if there, check for any VBS inside of it? Yet
more load on already busy mailservers I guess..
